1. Check valid work permit and activities mention on work permit.
2. Continues gas monitoring and writing on gas test log sheet.
3. Check confined space entery certificate and isolation certificate.
4. Make sure that the enterance of confined space clean from hazardous waste.
5. Check proper lighting and air in the confined space.
6.Make sure all worker sign tbt form.
7. Check worker training cards and PPE's mention Permit.
8. authorized personnel are allowed only to work or for gas test.
9. Check Emergency or Rescue plane.
10. Information about close shelter point and Windsocks to check the the direction of air.
11. Incase of Emergency contact with ERT or Safety officer.
12. Don't make joke or mistake at the job site.
